As an IT Business Analyst at Consumer Direct Care Network, my duties were to create user stories for the business to build and improve the systems for the users. Consumer Direct has more than 10 states they provide caregiving services to with over 500,000 caregivers. I have been apart of building and improving caregiver profiles in U2 and the V4 Portal, billing, copay, payroll, and qualifications for the caregiver role. This was a remote position. I communicated to my PM a few times a week and was trusted to get the work done on time and at high quality.
Overall the year and a half I worked for consumer direct I learned a lot about being in my first position after graduation. It was a great experience I taught me what I want to focus my career on in the future.
I participated in a Micro Business Analyst and Project Manager Internship with ATG at the end of 2020. I learned how to use some of their software to help manage a local store that wanted to expand their company. I met with the client to understand the needs of the company to get an overview then researched more into their competitors, products and services and the industry as a whole to determine the best way to expand in that market at the time. I made weekly reports, a user story and created process flow diagrams for the client. At the end I presented to the clients and project stakeholders of the company as well as the CEO and my project mentors of ATG.
Overall it was a great experience and helped me learn real world implications in the field that I'm studying at the University of Montana.

I was the sole person designing the virtual events, creating zoom links and getting them to the right people. I made several How To's documents to help with future interns in the same position as me.
